Delivery & Payment Methods

Shipping Guidelines

We strive to pack and ship all orders once payment is received. Orders will only be shipped on every Wednesday unless otherwise stated.

Cost for Shipping

We will provide Poslaju shipping to all orders within Peninsular Malaysia (RM6) and Sabah & Sarawak (RM8). Tracking numbers will be emailed once posted.

 Payment Methods

We accept cash deposit to our bank account Maybank Banking Berhad.

Please note that, upon placing an order, every shopper has a 48 hour (2 days) grace period to make full payment for the item(s).

Here, you may want to add the following:
  • Upon receipt of the shopper's payment, we will strive to acknowledge receipt of payment within the same working day/within 24 hours.
  • If for any reason, shoppers can only make payment after the expiry of the 48 hour grace period, kindly inform us and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.
  • However, if we do not receive any e-mail from the shopper, the invoice will be void and a cancellation acknowledgement will be e-mail to the shopper.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Alim, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase in UNWASHED, UNALTERED and UNWORN condition. Returns must be posted within 2 days of receiving your order. Buyer has to bear the cost of shipping the item back to us and only 40% of the total payment will be refunded. Sales and promotion items cannot be returned.

We aim to describe the item(s) as close as possible in terms of their physical and design characteristics.
Please do take note that the colors and measurements stated or posted at our site are the nearest approximate figures (in centimetre) and colors of the original items.
