The Founder

Alim, the modern, sensual, sophisticated yet decent brand, created in 2011 by Alana Ilham. The name Alim is an acronym taken from Alana Ilham and also translates to being pious and religious.

Each of my piece represent who I am as a designer -- chic, elegant yet minimalist and practical. I design what real women want to wear. For now, I design clothes for women to wear every day and on special occasions. But I'm working out on a plan to expand my line to perhaps, bridal and couture, who knows? I live by Kahlil Gibran's words, "I prefer to be a dreamer among the humblest, wih visions to be realised, than Lord among those without dreams and desires." My visions will be realised, InsyaAllah.

Who am I?

I am a fashion designer, the founder of Alim and Alana Ilham and best of all, I am a mother.

I am Nik Intan Rashid, and that was my story.
